As always every employee has manager and Managers are cursed. Here also same thing and no different than others. Majority managers are good at dedicating their work to subordinates. If you get caught up in politics then life will become hell. They will not fire you once you go against management but make life such a way that you will end up resigning no matter if you hold any offer letter or not.
