Hella India ltd Derabassi plant is a shop not a company, where MD rules like an uneducated shop owner. He doesn't have sense of humanity and professionalism. He has a degree also or not I doubt. He and his management team is equally illiterate and spoiling their employees. Poor work culture, Terrorism in people mind for the MD's anger. Non sense Top management, non sense Human resource department. No job security, no response from local HR team. Just Join and regret. I advice stay far from them.
