Compensation provided by the company us very good when it comes to the Indian market. Overall culture is very supportive and you will be surrounded by some of the smartest people. The company offers remote working which is always a plus.

Dislikes

The company is currently going through a tough phase of transition. The morale in the US is down as there has been 3 lay offs rounds in the last year or so and the company's financial position is also in threat for this year as well. The vision of the company is not clear at the moment but they are working on it. The executive team needs to focus on overall morale of the people.

Really great company. Lots of growth. Good reputation. I would have very little incentive to leave if it wasn't for the low compensation.

Dislikes

Mostly the compensation. It's not keeping up with inflation/market in some ways. It's not horrible, but low enough that you have to leave if you're wanting to truly progress from a salary perspective.
