I regret to say that my experience working under Team Leader Vasanth ( ventra)at NYX has been extremely frustrating. There is a clear pattern of partiality and favoritism that has created a very toxic work environment. Vasanth tends to give preferential treatment to certain team members while overlooking others who are equally or more qualified. This has led to feelings of resentment and disengagement among many of us. It’s disheartening to see someone in a leadership position making decisions based on personal biases rather than merit and hard work. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior severely impacts team morale and productivity. I hope NYX addresses this issue for the benefit of the employees and the overall work culture. Daily 3 - 4 hrs extending the shift is totally not Good. Totally I will not recommend NYX for your growth...Read More

Whoever considering joining NYX be ready to extend everyday for 3hours . They will place the allocations after for work hours and make you work after work timings especially in ventra project . There is a TL named thirumal he will make you work on Saturdays or else he will threaten to reduce the salary like putting LOP.I never seen a people like him . No one likes to work in that project because of the people like thirumal.No matter how much effort you put no matter how many claims you resolve this guy will treat us like sh**....Read More

I have worked in NYX for 8months.This is the worst company i have ever seen.And please guys don’t go to anesthesias process this my personal suggestion for your life sake.Bcz i have stuck in that manhole process.In that process Thirumal path is psychological disorder patient he will treat u like slave and like school children.He have 0% of process knowledge.He act like over smart for his promotion he will suck your blood and put it in bottle whenever he want he will drink.So guys pls think and join.Don't stuck in the manhole...Read More
