I regret to say that my experience working under Team Leader Vasanth ( ventra)at NYX has been extremely frustrating. There is a clear pattern of partiality and favoritism that has created a very toxic work environment. Vasanth tends to give preferential treatment to certain team members while overlooking others who are equally or more qualified. This has led to feelings of resentment and disengagement among many of us. It’s disheartening to see someone in a leadership position making decisions based on personal biases rather than merit and hard work. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior severely impacts team morale and productivity. I hope NYX addresses this issue for the benefit of the employees and the overall work culture.
