I am working from home since COVID situation has taken place. My management has never asked me to visit office for any job, no matter how critical the job was. Mental health sessions were also very useful. I can say that my employer is very sensitive towards its employees. The only thing i didnt like is broadband reimbursement policy which says if i already had a broadband than i can not make reimbursement. However, i use my personal wifi for 8- 9 hours per day.
