the work culture is smooth and there is not huge amount of pressure exerted by colleagues as compared to other companies. There are also scope for learning opportunities through learning portals.

Dislikes

Not much freedom, in terms of expressing our views. Chances for promotion are very less for tenured employees. Learning opportunities come with huge monetary cost. Team outing opportunities are very limited as it is restricted to how much quarterly budget gets allocated to the delivery manager.

This company behave employees just like use and throw. There is no job security into mortgage processes .is there anyone decided to join Mphasis into mortgage project then just change your decision. Pathetic management. I was jobless despite being greate performance of 2 years.

I appreciated the chance to work on real-world projects like 'RLL - What's Cooking.' It helped me gain hands-on experience in designing and implementing a full-stack application with Angular and Spring Boot

While I enjoyed learning new skills and working on interesting projects at Mphasis, I felt there was a lack of job security. The requirement to meet certain exam scores to keep the job was challenging

All company experience depends on direct manager's behaviour and his/ her micromanagement style. So I have a mixed experience so far. Overall the company is trying to be a great place to work howerer, some managers are trying to make it hard the life for lower level executers.

Worst management in PM project and also so called manager is there and he is very rude guy and the worst work culture is exist in that particular project. He is the manager of LOB called maintenance team..if anyone wants to join that particular project, please don’t go

I work for a big four company.. Still I can say mphasis is the best.. The support, the atmosphere, the people, staff and hr support mangers support all I can say is that it is the best best place to work... Peace. Even wen my log out was at 2.30 .. I would still stay der.. Cause it was never like hell feelings.

Salary, hike is the only problem. Still if u think that u dont have work life balance... U can choose mphasis.. Cause I had more time for my personal life as well as I work... I used to cover my work out, morning walk, watch TV, play game, go out meet friends still I reach my office on time...

They treat you like small school kids, where manager is only to monitor your hours logged meeting attended and number of days in office. When it comes to resolving issues manager doesn't know what to do. No support form higher management also, no proper work culture
