Need advice on which company to join
I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD.
Also Capgemini and Mphasis offering me 14 LPA (yet to disclose structure)
I'm interviewing with Deloitte and Dentsu for a higher offer.
Please suggest me which company would be best to join for good knowledge growth, stability and moderate work pressure.

An Assistant Manager
Yrr dekho each company has its pros and cons, HealthAsyst and WellDoc are smaller companies but here you might get more hands on experience and learning

For knowledge growth and stability, HealthAsyst or WellDoc seem like good choices. They're focused on healthcare tech, which is a growing field. Plus, being smaller companies, you might get more exposure to different tech stacks and projects.

Capgemini and Mphasis are big names, so they offer stability, but the learning curve might be slower.
