Actually FIS management like, I was in Vodafone UK chat process and the managers named Shally anand and Priya menon both are very wrost manager I have seen in my whole life rill now. They only like the agents who praise them, always says good words for them doesn't matter how much managers are wrong. One who use cheese words for them always get promotion. Actually Fis l, don"t have healthy envoinment to work with. You can easily find biasness and partiality by the manager Priya menon and Shally anand. Hr named Anchal as well invovlve in such biasness.

Very wrost and stressfull. When the manger.and hr. - Shally anand, Priya anand and Anchal doing partiality and biasness. They don"t pay any attention to good agent who works efficiently and timely.

FIS is good company however it depends you're working in which process, if you're in Captive process then your life is good and you'll feel like you're working in a givernment sector however 3rd party process are not so good, you'll feel some sort of pressure everytime.
