FIS is good company however it depends you're working in which process, if you're in Captive process then your life is good and you'll feel like you're working in a givernment sector however 3rd party process are not so good, you'll feel some sort of pressure everytime. Worked there for almost 3 years. Supportive management. Little bit politics. That happens everywhere. 2 work off in a week. Login hour is only 7.30 hrs. Work pressure is average. Overall a good experience. On time salary. At the end of every month.

Biased hr. Miss Aanchal who is a hr there should be thrown out of the company. No idea if she has already been fired.
