Everything about Fidelity is just awesome except for the operations-minded managers.

Dislikes

Mainly managers and the leadership team in operations space.

Promotions - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Managers give their work to associates in the name of opportunities. Managers get work from internal stake holders and force associates to do beyond their shift hours. No recognition given whatsoever. Here recognition means having a free lunch or a dinner

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
