Haven't seen a single firing due to covid and its remarkable. Company growing bigger mostly due to inorganic growth. Plethora of internal opportunities . Good work-life balance, but that probably depends on the team you are in.

You can gain a lot of knowledge on banking domain but only with all your own efforts and interest. Flexible and employee friendly Company. Best if you get a good project and a good manger to excel your knowledge and explore new areas. Its a good company to be employeed only for 1 or 2 years max.

Dislikes

Least chance for career growth even if opportunities are available. Your career is all about politics played and no transparency even if approached directly and letting know your interest and skill set. Most of the managers are selfish and never think about the growth of individual until and unless they don't get any personal/professional benefits out of that.

Fidelity was very good till 2014 in case of promotion, salary, job security

Dislikes

Now no reason to work with Fidelity, because they removed some levels in hirarchy and very difficult to get carrier growth. And company started removing employees benefits one by one. So better to avoid joining in Fidelity
