More expectation from the employee and adds pressure with limited time available for multiple tasks and this is a continuous process. Also there is nothing much to learn technically in a long term perspective. There are so many processes which are not possible to achieve by working for 9 hours a day. Hiring was done for Automation Testing using Selenium Java but put me into a situation where I need to do complete manual testing. Also there are huge processes to do a small task. Huge work than the threshold of an employee which makes work like balance pathetic. Worked for more than 12-14 hours a day continuously for 3 months including weekends. Decided to leave from here very soon.

Place is really good to work, flexible timings, rewarded with certificates and promotions, provide in house opportunities to learn, grow in career with required certificates

Dislikes

But it is a worry to work under wrong management like Jitu Borah, who really lack basic people management skills and communication skills, cause of that most top notch talents have left the company, managers needs to be reviewed timely and asked to basic certificates they lack
