I just worked for only 3 months so I can't give proper feedback but I can say that it's a good company to work as there is a work life balance ...but I don't think there is a technology improvement

Likes

Although I had worked for only few months as a contractor, there work life balance is very good. Team environment and management is good. For freshers I don't think it is good platform to learn technically based on my experience.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
