No check on senior leaders who think they own the company and Company policies are not for them. They ensure if you become a follower, they will not bother you with work,however, if you want to be a leader, then they will ensure you leave because of frustration due to baised reviews, ratings, increments, more work, no appreciations

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
