As any captive BPO, though the India team has expertise, the exposure is limited, with too much stress on US partners. Some US partners are sceptical & want to be in total control of all outcomes, which at times limits the scope for Indian team..

Work is well balanced & with as much as possible importance for work life balance.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
