One of the best company I've worked with. Overall was happy working with FIS.

Dislikes

I didn't had any issues with my process, management or sort of people. Had good set of teammates, enjoyed working with them. There is nothing I didn't dislike about FIS. Benefits that an employee should get was provided accordingly.

Work Details

Worked as customer service support. Had good team, good management. There are ups and downs but could be easily managed (depends how see things).

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
