Everything has two sides, and because we know that we are always trying do our best to make sure the Likes wins over the Dislikes. We're proud to be a company to pay every single staff, whether they perform or they don't. We value the time you've given to the Company and the effort to perform. Therefore, we don't deduct or default anyone on their salaries. However, we're always at the endeavour to get the optimal performances from all the staff. That being done, we're sure, everyone will smile looking at their account! Nevertheless, we regularly hike the salaries of all our staff after reviewing their yearly performances. Eligible candidates gets the hike, rest still get paid what they were promised!! Rest lies on your performance! 😉 (Ab to perform karle, hadh mahina!!)
