Dislikes

there is no worklife balance. all Saturday working. strict timing rules. but when project comes you have to extend and on next day you have to come on time again. sometimes working on sunday. and worst rule is you have to take comp off in next week. otherwise it will lapse. salary is very less. and e.g January salary comes at February 15th sometimes it is 20feb also. very late salary.
