If you joined as junior process excutive..then trust me till your death u will be in same position. Even to go washroom you have to inform your supervisor or TL(sir can i go to Washroom sir),if your personal time cross more than 3-4 minutes then there will be person will come and search entire bathroom , if you late for 2-3 minutes then you will get motivation for 30-40 min <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Coming to team leaders ,they don't have Tl qualitys </mark>..they don't do work they just chit chat from one phone to other . One more person recently appointed as TL ,they have no idea about work but they will give feedback about process. School is more better than this office....Read More

A BIG FRAUD COMPANY Let me tell you guys , You may be a fresher or a 10 year experienced , they will tell you the same salary which is 19000 rs , and they will explain you that 5000 rs will go into deductions, Shocking right ? Yup 1200-1400 for the PF , 120-170 for ESI , HRA Allowance 1600-2300 , and other allowances, You will not have one but multiple reasons to dislike working here... 1) Arrongant , Irresponsible HR Management 2) Operations Management cannot accept new ideas or thoughts from the people below them.. i meant to say..<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. processing executives or team leads or whom ever are there below the managers ( lot of attitude issues ) </mark> 3 ) No proper food accomadation 4) The security here are the real CEO's, they talk to you like as if they know minister's. 5) Far from the city 6) Of course , Politics happen at every company , But the politics the team leads and management do here is out of universe, next level...Read More
