They keep bragging about employee wellness while in reality it's all just on papers, they do not even provide gym or other fitness related facilities or reimburse the costs, all the do is invite some expert who will just do the talking on a teams call and at best do se breathing exercises, which I find useless and is just there to tick the employee wellness box in their To do list. Sheer favoritism in terms of promotions, recognition. Personal relationship between managers and colleagues are given first preference than the actual talent and skills of employees.This kind of culture kind of culture will not be liked by anyone about the team that I was working. People leave their team, colleagues, managers not the company. Non talented and inappropriate HRs without people skills. The compensation paid is only the best thing at EY.

There is no work life balance here. You have to sit infront of the laptop for almost 12-13 hours although you work for only 8-9 hours because EY GDS assists its US counterparts. Moreover, the exit formalities is the one which was very frustrating. It's been more than 65 days and i haven't received the relieving letter and F&F letter.

Work Details

It's basically a side kick work. You are heavily dependent on your US counterparts for everything. In India majority of the work is just data entry and few not so challenging work. The growth and development is very limited.
