The Partner won’t let you spend the budget to your team member and it’s their tendency to put themselves in limelight that he is the sole owner of your life. Lot of internal politics. Few old people ruling here with bad politics and dirty mindset, they'll play with your career. There are very less customer facing projects. Even small company has better projects than EY GDS. There is no learning curve specially in the non sharepoint content management system.
