There is no work life balance and you're made to work continuously for stretched hours. There's no pay or appreciation for working overtime and infact everyone is expected to work after their work shift has ended. There's no acknowledgement of good work and you're expected to take time out of your personal time to compensate for the hours spent on working on new tasks(which is something that happens on a continuous basis). There are a lot of admin tasks, learnings etc as well, and even for these you're expected to take time out of your personal time. Overall, would not recommend....Read More

No work life balance, the person who works well, only keeps working. If you aren't good at working or not interested in giving more than 75%, then it's a right company because work will reduce and you get normal bonus which isn't bad.. if you work hard, you get no life outside work, but bonus will be good...Read More
