Brand value. But only for clients. Coz it comes at a cost to the employee- miserable work life balance and extended hours almost all times and not just once in a while.

Pathetic work life balance. The philosophy is to just bag projects at lowest price and then try meet up the margins by getting the work done with least resources, hence overburdening the resource with extended hours , no weekends, and no breathers bw the projects. In a way best recipe for an unhealthy and wasted life. Although it all depends on the line of service and your team/leaders, but still I hear a similar feedback from my peers in other practices.
