Useless HR department. Pls avoid this company Management will hear your problems, but won't solve them. HRBP will pretend as if a good person, but won't help you No career growth, no promotions, you will get less hike. I worked in ME team,were manager's steals the credits of employees, you'll not be recognised for appreciation,for any kind of appreciation,manager ask you to beg to client,stating that " tell client to main for your internal rewards & recognition,then only I can proceed further".Managers are dump.employee performance will not be taken to the management by the manager's. -90 days notice period

“Such a ‘bakwas’ company wasted my 9 precious months” Working at Expleo Group was a total disaster. For nine months, I had no real work to do, terrible management, no job security. They paid me off without any explanation, when I asked why they dodged the question and blamed others. The company plays favorites, giving promotion and opportunities to only the Maharashtrian people, even if they are not at their jobs. Appraisals % are very low. Few managers provide opportunities to excel, visability, appraisal and promotion to their favorites. Few managers dont appreciate the work you do but always will be the first to point out your smallest of small mistake.
