HRBP will pretend as if a good person, but won't help you No career growth, no promotions, you will get less hike. I worked in ME team,were manager's steals the credits of employees, you'll not be recognised for appreciation,for any kind of appreciation,manager ask you to beg to client,stating that " tell client to main for your internal rewards & recognition,then only I can proceed further".Managers are dump.employee performance will not be taken to the management by the manager's. -90 days notice period
