“Such a ‘bakwas’ company wasted my 9 precious months” Working at Expleo Group was a total disaster. For nine months, I had no real work to do, terrible management, no job security. They paid me off without any explanation, when I asked why they dodged the question and blamed others. The company plays favorites, giving promotion and opportunities to only the Maharashtrian people, even if they are not at their jobs. I worked in ME team,were manager's steals the credits of employees, you'll not be recognised for appreciation,for any kind of appreciation,manager ask you to beg to client,stating that " tell client to main for your internal rewards & recognition,then only I can proceed further".Managers are dump.employee performance will not be taken to the management by the manager's. -90 days notice period
