I have joined exoedge about 2 years back and learnt alot. They give plenty of opportunities for growth. Company is people oriented and follow their core values. They provide a safe and professional environment. One of the best and growing company to build or start your career in this location.

Dislikes

Company should run more programs for training and development sessions for the employees. Company should think about wfh or hybrid policy too.

From the day one, I felt welcomed and supported by my colleagues and management. A very good atmosphere where everyone's input is valued, making it a great place to grow both personally and professionally. I have had the pleasure to work with Exo Edge for almost a year now and it has been an incredible experience. There is a positive environment with supportive team. There is no designation gap in the workplace. Exo follows open gate policy where even an intern can approach director of the company and talk with them without any hesitation. There are people who have joined as an associate are now part of management team, which shows the growth opportunity in the company. Apart from work, there are Fun Fridays, all religion festival celebration and different initiatives taken by Exo. There are groups which regularly visits Orphanage/ old age home and support them. There are multiple organizations who does all these things but being part of such a balanced organization is truly rewarding in itself. Bad to Worst experience -Peak of favoritism nd buttering. 0% appraisals to deserved ones nd double appraisals nd promotions to their so called favorite employees. - I have worked there for more then 2 years so well known of their professional culture inside the four wall. -They haven't released my experience certificate and remaining full and final amount including overtime and salary till date. -I AM IN CIVIL LITIGATION WITH THESE SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS -Nobody is there to hear your problems like harassment specially for Female employees, instead the management ignore all complaints and issues even after knowing what's happening in there in real. -90% Ex employees left just because of these favoritism culture and unwanted benefits to thosse who dont even work as they are favorite one. -No growth and mental peace for hardworking employees....Read More

Deciding which of the numerous tea/coffee options (variety is overwhelming) to indulge in each day at work becomes an unexpectedly delightful challenge (the struggle is real!), highlighting the small yet significant ways the workplace caters to our personal preferences and wellbeing! Jokes aside, if my biggest complaint is having too many coffee choices, I guess I am in the right place.
