Everything is good so far, I got every support from my team and leadership team. Manager always help beyond the expectations.with in 2-3 months only I started to work as a individual resource in a team and got chance in direct communication with clients which is really good and learning.Most of the company not provide chance to communicate with client other then managers and all but here you get this in a very short span of time. Supporting environment. A lot of learning in terms of tools and additional opportunities of free certifications. Good place to learn and grow....Read More

Just one suggestion- Provide equal WFH for all the teams, I have seen some people only coming once in a two week and some get even recently joined.Everyone should get the equal benifit.Rest all good.

I started my career with EXOEdge and this company holds a special place in my heart. The work culture and people are just awesome and kind towards their peers and colleagues. I had great experience with all my team mates and specially wanna thank all the managers and leaders for always supporting me and guiding me. Its an honour to work with such a great team.

One of the standout qualities of Exo Edge is the strong sense of teamwork. Colleagues are supportive, and collaboration is encouraged. It's a place where everyone's contributions are valued.

Dislikes

The food isn't very good, and there aren't many different things to choose from. Eating the same things all the time gets boring, especially during long workdays, and it doesn't help keep us energized.
