EXL Services is worst company to work with. Their upper management always try to save their ruthless and characterless assistant manager. I am particularly talking about Pune's EXL office. Their security is pathetic they themselves keep on steal things from employees which are kept in locker. work life balance is pathetic as well. but I agree it depends on managers as well. some got good managers, and some got pathetic managers. They usually talk about gen AI in their townhall and they dont trained ppl on them. They ask ppl to come office while they dont have proper arrangements of seats and wifi spl in DA 25. Manager usually shouts in team meeting unnecessarily . They have some unprofessional clients like axis who dont even good laptop so that employe could work efficiently. When we ask Exl manager , they told like issi se kaam chalana padega. When we asked for internet connectivity they asked to work through your mobile hotspot.Believe me in my last 4 year career one of the worst client in my service history. They hired candidate for technical skill set like sas sql pyspark but they provide work like prepare some ppt , some manual excel based reports. Skill are continuously degrading here. Poor Cafetreia infrastructure. No parking for employee below SAVP. Unhygenic Washroom, zero professional culture.Very unprofessional clients(axis) who forced employee to work more than 9 hours
