Good place to work. No work preasure and the value of the company in the market is very good and awesome who ever hears that I am working in EXL says don't leave it's a good a nice company
I cannot deny that some manager and senior employees are really good, decent, professional and helping.
Dislikes
Favouritism, office politics, trainer and some team leaders using undue influence over their subordinates. The admin department is very lazy in updating employee details. I my personal experience my pf account was not attached with my aadhar card. After leaving their company they hardly support you. You are not even allowed to entertheir office premises actually PG high commission had to pressurise them to corporate with me regarding my pf which ironically my hard earned money....Read More

I was working with NEXT process. I got very bad experience that also bcoz of my honest. No one was ready to help they are sending me here n there and later on they are lying to me. They thought i don't know anything.but i know everything i just love the company so much that's why i was barely waiting for there changes but in My lastweek i came to know who are so called trying to help they are the one who spoil and lying to me. When i ask why if you say I'm not qualify for voice call, what about chat and email without talking to me.not meeting with me they told i got rejected bcoz you're not strong in process. Without giving test n without asking me questions how do you know I'm not strong in process. N 1 manager said not about the process . bcoz of someone. I search who is someone n i come to know that person whom i trust n share to him all my weakness and strength too. He only the one told me don't to honest here people are not good. After i left from EXL company I'm not able to join in other companies bcoz I'm scared those bad leader if i met in another place again. Alot of politics, always degrade employees 10 hours shift and very less opportunity to grow

Voice process is like hell to work in they never appriciate the employee nor give them chance to grow neither earn good incentive after every 4-6 months they change your process.
But if u want to join back office then u can trust exl blindly as all supervisor and managers are very supportive in back office
