Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? There is no point giving single star also, there is no ethics, I got appraisal 1% and when raised some concern HR supports the manager and no work life balance at all.

Dislikes

The biggest thing is there are no business ethics, no mantal health they bluff while joining and post we become employee they play with our career. I am a HR myself this company is worst even start ups will have policies but this company doesn't.

The chance to grow and think beyond the obvious. The fact that story telling is given prominence. Travel to different cities for networking with media is something I have seen only here. Usually other agencies look for PR people in one city to look at networking in that particular city in person rest is done on calls.
