EXL work policies are flexible, most team are doing WFH Timing wise as a consultancy one has to work from 12 noon to 9:30 pm (Mon-Fri) Managers and people are supportive and plenty of learning opportunity. Salary structure is good, but it depends on your ability and experience how much you can get.
Resources are less so as a lead or manager one has to manage a lot of things. Work is also mostly reporting and basic analysis, so finding a very technical learning role could be tricky

BPO level AVP SVPs like Mukesh Uppada, all involved in exploiting the employees just trying to save their jobs and keep blaming someone or the other. Fake promises of working together and just dodging real efforts. HR also know the situation and they are also just playing by the same books. Silent layoffs asking to resign in the name of lack of projects. No actions taken to improve these cases. Even the exit processes are not standard, you will have to ask them to do their job or else they will breach 90 days too. For that also they will blame you. Miserable conditions of the current employees just surviving there. Flashy Qoq numbers just for public whereas reality being far different. 2-5% yearly raise and denial of other benefits sighting it's Management's call.
