Useless company only created pressure and stress. You can only work in this company if you are done with your life. You will see people fainting, heart attacks, eye bleeding and brain hamrage cases on the floor. You will be also asked for do ot and will not be paid. The manager will treat you like a dog.

There is nothing worthy to like about this company. There is no job security and total mismanagement of the existing processes has resulted in exodus of many professionals.

Dislikes

Top management thrusting their authority on the lower management resulting in pressure on all employees at middle and lower levels of the organization. There is no work life balance and no opportunities for growth.

BPO level AVP SVPs like Mukesh Uppada, all involved in exploiting the employees just trying to save their jobs and keep blaming someone or the other. Fake promises of working together and just dodging real efforts. HR also know the situation and they are also just playing by the same books. Silent layoffs asking to resign in the name of lack of projects. No actions taken to improve these cases. Even the exit processes are not standard, you will have to ask them to do their job or else they will breach 90 days too. For that also they will blame you. Miserable conditions of the current employees just surviving there. Flashy Qoq numbers just for public whereas reality being far different. 2-5% yearly raise and denial of other benefits sighting it's Management's call. They mostly underhire, if they overhire, they don't promote early. The rehiring policy is bad, one can only get a level above than his previous role even if they come back after 3-4 years

Dirty washrooms,Close to zero appraisal,No IJP's and growth is only on the basis of recommendation from AM and Manager,No collaboration between Quality and operations,Conjusted working space,Poor airconditiong resulting in suffocation and unhygienic food offered that to provided by third party vendor.

The best thing about EXL is that you will be heard. Specially senior management is very supportive and understanding. Company provides with enough opportunities to grow in career and fair chances are given to almost everyone.

Salary brackets can be better as compared to market standards. Appraisals can be improved for better employee retention and satisfaction.

There was nothing to like they hired me for payroll later moved me to insurance process. And the funny thing is there was opening in payroll domain too but they never look out for internal movement.

1. No structure in work - everything is ad-hoc, urgent and important. No planning 2. Too much office Politics - more competition, less collaboration 3. Micromanagement by EXL Managers - some managers make you sit on a call entire day as they want to see you work 4. Toxic work culture - people hide information from others, talk behind etc., 5. Some leaders in certain spaces like Insurance, RMTI lack vision and operate like a Lala 6. No hikes, delayed bonuses, delayed promotions in 2024 7. Managers and some ex-EXL clients leave no chance to humiliate you in a call and use unprofessional tone 8. Poor office facilities and a substandard health insurance. 9. They almost never pay referral bonus to you for hired people saying that the profile already existed in their database 10. They hire people with proven tech and business skills and don’t have any plan to utilise them. 11. A lot of leaders who act like solution experts have no technical skillset in data science or AI and only make life difficult by obstructing and questioning work due to their lack of knowledge....Read More
