No reason for like this company. Worst management and toxic work atmosphere. Cheating of most of the cooperative banks is the entertainment of management.

Dislikes

There is an HR , who never care about employees benefits. Who only take money more than other employees even though any specific education back ground. They recruit best employees and give a salary below an apprentices. Even not give any benefits like leave, health. There is also a lot of work but employees work every time even not get any allowance. If some one rice queries regarding their benefits then never accept and say about their policies, but policies are not executed. The policies never obey HR and most of the employees....Read More
