Not rewarding good performers. Better be a below-average employee, and enjoy your life. They will still pay you the same increment as a top performer(I am one of the top performers 🤣). SO RELAX!!!! Nothing new to learn, you can join if you want to chill with nothing new and challenging coming to your door. Better focus on self-development in every way possible. Learn new skills on your own. When you try to switch, you might not be industry-ready as you have learned nothing new from the job. Few are micromanagers, and many are following the herd of sheep. And they will appreciate poor management and behavior just to retain them. Job timings are 9 am to 6 pm, but you will work till 8 pm most of the time. The culture at Evalueserve is extremely supportive and open, there is a lot of encouragement for skill development, though it varies by team and managers but overall I found the management and people to be supportive.

Dislikes

Salary is below market standard, poor career growth, low appraisals, the company doesn’t do layoffs instead they will put you on performance improvement program and expect you’ll leave by yourself or the employment will be terminated at the end of cycle.
