Such a worst company and it's my request please do not go in Anil JHA's team he is such a pathetic man termination and PIP 2 words are always on his tongue he terminates any recruiter in no time. Even if you want to rejoin the same company he tell to every manager to not consider him/her. Such a pathetic and worst person I have ever seen.

I have been a part of eTeam for more than a year now and I appreciate a positive and inclusive work environment. I also enjoy the benefits and rewards that the company provides in order to keep its employees motivated.

Dislikes

Every organization has its own pros and cons and being an eTeamite, I can say that eTeam should provide at least 2 floaters in a year. Also, they cover health insurance for the employee but not for their parents or their dependents.

The director expects that the whole team is available 2hrs after the shift ends and often meetings arranged by him are at 6 or 6.30 in the morning and we all are r expected to be available. Absolute no work life balance. Very dirty company politics. Management hires and fires employees without any solid reason. I was hired as permanent WFH employee but asked to report to office within 2 weeks, and the VP said that what's written in the offer letter has zero value and that we can tear the offer letter and throw it in the dustbin....Read More

There is nothing to like it's a corrupt culture, management is very poor and they treat employees like animals, They are just greedy hungry hounds blaming recruiters for everything and no one is listening to these poor recruiters.

Dislikes

Team leader and Account Managers repeatedly keep cursing recruiter for PIP or Termination. There is no one they can ask for help even their HR also is biased by them. Don't ever join Eteam they will make you sick as they are and finally you will quit like lot of people with nice humour done.

I didn't like anything about the company as work culture here is worst. And also they don't care about employees. Layoff is very common here.

Work culture. Pressure. The pressure will be created automatically by seeing people layed off infront of you. If you guys create pressure like this thinking people will work more harder than you are totally wrong. Instead people will not able to focus thinking when their time might come. If employee is not happy then don't expect their work will be with quality.
