They joined me as a associate technical recruiter but deployed in non- IT and lower end position and treated very bad by managers.

Unprofessional culture from managers and there is no coordination. Full of politics and they give importance for their localite.They will always speak local language even if we request for english. You won't be able to get your leave,they will put as LOP

There is not a single good thing here. The worst staffing company in India. I wouldn't even give 1 star. No work ethics and culture. They recruit for 1 month and they even don't pay for first month

1st manager was good and always try to motivate and gives us training.

Nothing good about eteam since this January 2022 as they have worst management and work pressure.

This company works on the model of hire and fire. They take associate Technical Recruiter in bulk and try to get their offers in the starting and once the recruiter gets 2-3 offers and is not able to deliver a offer in next month, they put that recruiter on Pip and even take the recruiters commission for the coming months. And if they found the recruiter is just 6-7 months older they fire the recruiters showing their performance is low but actual reason is bit different. They try to build a lot of pressure on the recruiters who have brought their offers soon and infact in Healthcare one manager is their named Himanshu Kalra who is worst manager anyone can get. He uses abusive language tries to bully the associate recruiters and build too much pressure on that recruiter that either the recruiter resign from his post or he tries to remove recruiters according to his wishlist. I'm so lucky to be a part of eTeam. This was my first job, right after my MBA graduation. My team lead and team mates helped me alot during my initial phase. A bit of pressure is there, but still it is manageable.

Dislikes

Just the compensation part is little bit low else everything is fine
