Nothing good about eteam since this January 2022 as they have worst management and work pressure.

Dislikes

This company works on the model of hire and fire. They take associate Technical Recruiter in bulk and try to get their offers in the starting and once the recruiter gets 2-3 offers and is not able to deliver a offer in next month, they put that recruiter on Pip and even take the recruiters commission for the coming months. And if they found the recruiter is just 6-7 months older they fire the recruiters showing their performance is low but actual reason is bit different. They try to build a lot of pressure on the recruiters who have brought their offers soon and infact in Healthcare one manager is their named Himanshu Kalra who is worst manager anyone can get. He uses abusive language tries to bully the associate recruiters and build too much pressure on that recruiter that either the recruiter resign from his post or he tries to remove recruiters according to his wishlist.
