The project I worked was worst. I joined and without proper KT asked to work. More work pressure. Within few months i saw many people got laid off from 12-15 members team. Even I got Laid off for no reason. If you are looking for job security. This is definitly not a place to search. I joined here thinking same.

The director expects that the whole team is available 2hrs after the shift ends and often meetings arranged by him are at 6 or 6.30 in the morning and we all are r expected to be available. There is nothing to like it's a corrupt culture, management is very poor and they treat employees like animals, They are just greedy hungry hounds blaming recruiters for everything and no one is listening to these poor recruiters.
