It's simply very good as the work environment, culture of friendship/team relation, education/learning/sharing, job security proper reviewing, increment all was very good. I have really missed a lot the culture, enjoyable working procedure and many more.

Dislikes

I have worked almost 6 years and not seen much dis likeable activity at Esprit BD but as per my assumption there is no sufficient training opportunity available as well there was no facilities for QA team to overseas visit.

Work Details

It was fantastic and very enjoyable working period from 2011 to 2016 while I was in Esprit. I have enjoy my work with teammate as well German & HK counter parts even with the local supplier. It's really a big turning points for my carrier.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Actually, I was head of the technogist. No gratuity, no provident fund over there. But as employee I can say it was great work place. Annual increments and others reinvestments status was good. Now I am in H&M working as Quality developer so I thanked to my previous company. B.R Jibon
