Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

The Org decision on Promotions and salary hikes. even if your performance and feedback is more-than expected ,but when it comes to promotion and hike it will be depends on client budget and situation of a client in the market.

The whole manager group works on the mentality of working 2r hours for the company. They do not want people to have their personal lives and will push people out of the organization who try to bring a positive change or voice their opinions about the horrible management.

No project No new learning opportunities Very low increment in single digit No promotion reason given as firm is not profitable.

1] Difficult to choose projects according to you liking and qualifications 2] A lot of travelling. Relocation compulsion against your willingness. I had to relocate twice within a year. 3] Your interests and goals are secondary to business goals. 4] Senior Managers/ Partners are manipulative and selfish 5] Lot of office politics
