Likes

The team leader was quite cooperative when it came to accomplishing tasks given. She helped us when we needed guidance and support. Flexible timing for me worked well because working hours were extensive during deadlines.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Had to work when the whole office was on leave (during diwali). Head of the department called during the holiday and was behind the completion of work even though the client itself was on leave during that period.

Work-life balance - Bad

Work Details

Struggled during the initial period to get myself acquainted with work as the working hours were extensive.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
