The WFH option is good.
Winning celebrations are conducting in premium hotels which is good.
Given assets like laptop and working environment facilities are good.
Dislikes
Very bad politics.
Worst HR policy.
Promotions are like conquering Mount Everest for which the HR team will not consider our outside experience but only the EY seniority. So as a result one who has 7 years experience may still be associate there.I think the foolish HR policy is to become senior is completing 5years in EY itself.
Onewho is sharing a concern or raising voice will become a culprit there. So no flexibility.
It is no more an employee friendly company ,it is better to call a manager friendly company.
The worst ever proud HR people working in here.
The recruiter portal Taleo is a comedy. If a good candidate's profile they looked in the taleo and picked up, it is a luck.Because that happens twice or thrise in an year.
Even if we are a good performer, we will not get good rating and promotion. Instead it will be given to the people they like only.
No Gym in company.
Only less time will be given for festival celebrations.
Unnecessary count of managers who don't even have proper process knowledge.

Salary scale we are getting is lower compared to other MNCs</mark>.Only one who is coming to the company as Senior or Supervisor with 5+ years experience will get decent package.Rest everyone will be struggling.
