Toxic Work culture, poor leadership, They have high attrition rate compared to other big 4, long working hours and no work life balance, they are not caring their employees wellbeing. Management need only target and quality of work, GDS never gives values to their employee contribution , Most of the times directors and senior managers are behaving like dictators, they will call you out of your office working hours and order to work on engagements.
