1. Absence of adherence to professional ethics is evident 2. Internal politics occasionally impact employees. 3. Certain individuals exacerbate situations by portraying others negativity to managers. 4. While the entire US team operates remotely, the only Indian team is required to be in office. 5. The manager requesting for us to be in office presence to enhance communication. However, the US team continues to work remotely effectively managing the work.
