Every employee working for an rm should have the same salary. I work at Equitas Bank without any prior experience, but we do the work that experienced people do. Why do salaries differ for people doing the same job?

Cpc need improvement basic information to branch and need to be changed processing for dvu and D1 d2 qc it's too late and so branch staff not reached to customer expectation.
