Need serious advice
I received an offer from an HR Resourcing
Organization to work on a contract basis with a MNC. They assured me that if I perform well, I could become a full-time employee there. However, I'm a bit worried because they won't be deducting PF during the contract period. Is it a good idea to accept this contract position, or could it pose risks for my future

Contract roles can be a stepping stone but they come with risks
Have they mentioned any other perks or stability assurances? 🤔

Accepting a contract role with no PF can hurt your future savings even with a promise of full time conversion the uncertainty may not be worth it
