It's very good atmosphere in our Equitas bank and good employee benefit policies. I have learnt many things in this organisation which is different from other organizations and also bank. There is very senior and supporting management which is help to us in every difficulties and do his duty in fair & Transparent manner .

Myself feeling not well in promotion and appraisal process only... Not considering the performance, and not even try to accept the L1 Level feedback, there is no 1 - 1 contact from CASA RO - L2, L3, L4 or more. only following the L2 level feedback.

Cpc need improvement basic information to branch and need to be changed processing for dvu and D1 d2 qc it's too late and so branch staff not reached to customer expectation.
