Likes

Working with growing leaders is always exciting. They have N number of customers and value of employees. I too cane across of offers drops by the candidates in the market. But we always find a pool. Epam has good branding in market so less work on branding part.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Manager is good but lead is too toxic. Working in single technology hiring make me sad. So you will loose knowledge on other cutting edge technologies in market.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have 4.1 YOE Java Spring boot and AWS Telstra with 26 LPA including 6% variable pay. EPAM with 29 LPA including 2 L joining bonus. Which once should I go with considering for long term, Job security and Wlb.
