There is NOTHING to be liked in this company, I am being VERY SERIOUS.

Dislikes

Whole company is a scam. The work life balance totally sucks. Its a 9 Am to 9 Pm job. Whole day you are monitored if you are offline or not. You just get a break of 30 mins(lunch) in whole day. NO holidays are there (not even festivals). Alternate Saturday's are OFF. Salary is the worst part, it doesn't come on time, given in instalments. You are asked to get a cut from your salary which means not complete salary you will get. Work culture is very disappointing and demotivating, No upraises, no perks , no benefits. The employees are considered as labours, no sympathy and much more. A SERIOUS NO (Don't JOIN THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE)....Read More
